Quite possibly the best Chair & Stand combination ever made, the AO Custom I Chair & Stand have been a staple in thousands of Examining Lanes since the 1960's.
Tek-Net has a program to rehabilitate these instruments so they can provide service to your for decades to come.
We start with the stand, by removing the Instrument Arms, OH Lamp, pole and console.
The console is stripped bare and all wiring is removed from the column of the stand. We replace the wiring harness with new wire and install an updated switch panel & 3 well battery charging assembly in the shell of the console. The new panel also has a dimmer for the overhead lamp. Everything is fused for additional protection.
The Instrument Arms are stripped and rebuilt. Worn parts are replaced and everything is put back to manufacturer's specifications.
We then paint the stand, reassemble everything and install a new Overhead Lamp.
The chair is also stripped. We rebuild the Arms, Tilt Lock, Headrest Assembly and Rotation lock. The unit is then painted and upholstered in a color of your choice. Finally, the base is fully reconditioned and the unit is ready to go.
